1. Final project: Each student, under the supervision of a tutor, must develop a theoretical or practical Master's Final Project (TFM). This personal project that is developed during the academic year is an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge acquired and so that they can devise their own projects.

2. Digital ecosystem: The Master has a digital ecosystem of platforms and networks that generate weekly content and that give shape to a newsletter that is sent to a community of thousands of edu-communicators distributed, especially, throughout Latin America, Spain and Portugal.  However, the Master has collaboration networks with universities, researchers and projects in the Middle East, Europe and North Africa.

3. Planeta UAB: The Planeta UAB project, developed with the support of the Fons de Solidaritat of the Autonomous University of Barcelona, was inspired by elements of nature that numerous ancient cultures used to tell the world. Based on this experience, the Communication and Education Office has created a cycle of “conversations” aimed at our master's students. These are digital dialogues to talk about the adventure of exploration, discovery and learning that it means to learn and investigate. The talks address topics related to travel, culture, health education, the environment, information technologies, the art of telling good stories or interculturality. It is an opportunity to build a great dialogue with issues that challenge us as a society and as a planet.

5. Research Methodologies Workshops: Recognizing the fundamental importance of research, our course offers a series of workshops designed to train students in this crucial area. These educational sessions focus on explaining methodological concepts, providing tools, and detailing key formats and concepts necessary for rigorous research. The workshops are taught by teachers with extensive academic and research experience, and with a solid track record in publishing scientific articles and conducting research projects. This comprehensive training prepares students to become research professionals.

6. Case studies: Taking into consideration the importance of preparing students for the real contexts in which the communicative and educational profession works, the Master offers a series of case studies as resources.
