Showing films and other audio-visual content in European schools
The research “Showing films and other audio-visual content in European School – Obstacles and best practice” aimed to support the European Commission in its current efforts to develop a European wide media literacy policy, especially on the inclusion of European films in school curricula. It was carried out by a Consortium composed by theAutonomous University of Barcelona, the European Think Tank on Film and Film Policy, CUMEDIAE – Culture and Media Agency and Europe and AEDE -The European Association of Teachers.
The study covered the 28 Member States of the European Union, the EEA Member States and Switzerland.
