EMEDUS study releases new reports on Media Education

The European Media Literacy Study (EMEDUS) releases new reports describing the situation of Media Education in Europe. These documents present a general overview of the existing Media Education Policies and Action Lines in the following countries: Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

The country profiles detail aspects as main policies on the country, relevant agencies or departments working on the field and media education in the school curriculum. Other aspects analized on the country profiles are the inclusion of ICT in schools, tools used to measure the Level of Competencies and the teacher training.
